Nicholas Mattson
Nicholas Mattson
Nic is the owner of 13 Stars Media and publisher of several newsprint publications including weekly newspapers and monthly magazines on the Central Coast. The publications cover local events with a mission of "Making Communities Better Through Print.™" He is politically neutral with no party preference, and mixes a bag of conservative and liberal values grounded in the principles of the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
Keith Gurnee
Keith Gurnee is a former San Luis Obispo City Councilman and 2018 candidate for Mayor, a professional planner and urban designer, past Pres. of the California Planning Roundtable and a writer of political commentaries.

Bill Ostrander
Bill founded Citizens Congress, a local non-profit dedicated to removing the corruptive influence of money in politics, he gave a Congressional Briefing on the subject and wrote the “Corporate Political Disclosure Act of 2019” for the U.S. House of Representatives. He has been a lifelong advocate for holistic farming, a conservation volunteer in Namibia, and a candidate for Congress in California’s 24th District.
Chris Toews
Chris is an attorney in private practice and is senior partner in Toews Law Group, a firm specializing in estate, tax and business matters. He is past President of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Caring Callers in SLO County as well as past Chairman of the CA State Bar Nonprofit Organizations Committee.
